3 years ago I started boxing before practise I would watch this to motivate me. Watching this now 3 years later brings tears to my eyes. I remember standing there with no boxing shoes no handwraps no shorts no nothing and here Im now entirely new person confident, fit, happy and I can thank only one thing for chancing my life Boxing

I remember when I first started secondary I would get bullied. Than my teacher introduced me to his boxing gym. 2 years later I'm in year 9 and my bullies would be scared to look me in the eye. Thank you Mr Andrews for everything Rest in peace sir. I'm 23 and very happy all because of this world you introduced me too. Funny story. When I would misbehave in one of his lessons, he would always say, "I'll see you at 6:30" and no he wasn't on about detention. He left the world beating me every time we sparred. As a joke, other teachers would not threaten me with detention, but would say " I'll tell Mr Andrews to make sure you don't leave the ring tonight".

I'm not exactly a boxer but what I train in requires boxing skills and it's the one I work on the most out of self protection skillsets. I was bullied hard growing up, at home and at school. My older brother was my worst bully until I hit back. I soon realized it wasnt luck that I knocked him out with one punch and after that nobody was able to bully me again, I have heavy hands and had a but of a gift. I've been a bar security officer for the last 18 years working at clubs at night and I've had a lot of ups and downs through my life, training has been the one thing that saved me in more ways than one! Great video guys!

I started boxing when I was 14. Im 43 now and its still one of the best things I have ever done in my life. It's a skill that no one can ever take away!
