L'accès à Monaco-Ville n'est permis que pour les véhicules immatriculés à Monaco et Alpes Maritimes.C'est pour cela que les policiers guident le véhicule à l'entrée de Monaco pour se rendre au parking des pêcheurs,duquel on peut rejoindre la Ville en quelques minutes à pieds.
