Ferrari 599 GTO vs Lamborghini Murcielago SV [Ultimate V12 Test Drive] 

I get my hands on two of the most iconic supercars Ferrari & Lamborghini ever made... the 599 GTO and Murcielago SV.
Back in 2009, Ferrari and Lambo went head to head in a V12 war, reinstating two of their most iconic badges: for Ferrari, the GTO, three letters which had only appeared on the priceless 250 GTO and iconic 288 GTO. For Lamborghini, the SV, which had also only appeared on two cars, the Miura SV and Diablo SV.
On paper, the cars were very similar, both had V12 engines with over 6 litre capacity, both produced around 660hp, both achieved 60mph in under 3.5 seconds and both would do over 200mph. When new, both cars cost circa £300,000 and around that price today.
Despite the similarities in performance, the cars go about achieving their numbers in very different ways, as I discover during my test drives!
