It's Racelogic VBox. It provides the cameras and lap timing, and is also connected to the ODB2 port of the car to get some datas (brake and gas pedal pressure, steering input, gears, etc...)

Yeah. Easy to sit here and point out the (small) flaws... But to do it in reality is very different I would imagine. I used to be an ace on this track in an F40 on Forza... But I bet it's a bit different when a real life crash could result in mortal injury or at best a VERY expensive repair bill!

I don't know how much is a season in Europe but it shouldn't be far from the US where I raced for 3 years. In the US, you have to count a budget of minimum $400K plus the car that you need to buy. 6 race week ends throughout the year.

At least your comment is a constructive one, not just trash talking like many of them on this video. It is true I was nervous and I should have been more calm. It's partly due to the fact we had very few track time to practice before the race. During a "normal" Ferrari Challenge race, we have few full days to practice before the race. But since Ferrari Challenge is a support race for the Le Mans event, they don't give us a lot of track time. So since you really have only one shot to do good during the race, you maybe try too much and overdo it. After the first 2 laps I was more collected and start doing less mistakes. But that's when other made some mistakes and took me out. Even though I was not happy about the final result, it is still one of my fondest memory of racing. Racing at Le Mans is surreal!

After the crash, there was a “slow zone” where you supposed to drive no more than 90km/h. Some drivers pay attention. Some aren’t

Zekkai I did in fact (on Iracing though) before going to Le Mans. So I knew the track before the first practice session. But nothing replaces reality.

Dodge demon is only fast on a straight. First corner it will be demolished by any race car. Not counting brake power in a race car VS street car.

You are ignoring the fact that the dodge would spin wheels for 30 minutes before take off, would take another 30 minutes to slow down from 210mph, and would take corners at 50mph instead of 90mph because the aero is crap and the car is as heavy as a boat.

Maybe because it’s a racing serie dedicated for gentlemen drivers? None of them are professional.
