Hi Nick, The AC input is powering a 12v transformer inside the power box to power the screen as it needs 12v. So the cable has an earth, 12v, 5v for the displays led’s and controls and one for video (output from the hdmi to video adapter) and two data lines from the usb (6 in total) Regards, Scott

mvh808 Because that’s what most every computer has for an output...

Hi Vito, it can be built to work with virtually any wheel base. Most of my customers have direct drive wheels. This one was for the Bodnar wheel base but the one I am working on currently is for Fanatec. It supports iracing and all the other PC based sims. Cheers Scott.

Amir Penkar : just had a look at that website. That’s a fake review. The wheel in the review is one of mine and the wheel in the pictures looks as though it’s an Amalgam 1:1 wheel (non working model) and they cost about £3500 from there website. So I would be very cautious about buying anything from the website you mentioned as I don’t think you can be sure what you will get. Not an Amalgam and certainly not one of mine. Very suspect . Hi, The display in this wheel is the 4.5” one from simdisplay but they don’t make this unit any more, they do make a 5” one that is better. It has all the rpm lights included and their software controls all the light, buttons and encoders. I did not use a 3D printer for anything but that would work for many of the parts for you. The Handel’s are moulded 2 part polyurethane plastic covered in leather. I use a 60 shore rubber double sided mould and then pour the two part plastic in. Cut a groove on the inside edge to push the edge of the leather in. Simdisplay.net for the electronics. Mbfg.co.uk has a lot of these materials needed for moulds or moulding plastic parts. mine are 1.8cm in diameters. i think i could go a little bigger 1.9cm as hole is 2cm wide.
