Ferrero Rocher Cake Recipe Ingredients:
Sugar 130 grams
Oil 65 grams
Yogurt 65 grams
Egg 1
Water 20 grams
Cocoa powder 20 grams
Flour 113 grams
Baking powder 3 grams
Soda 4 grams
Cream 400 grams
Choco Haze 350 gms
Milk Chocolate Melted 125 grams
Walnuts (chopped) 50 grams
Roasted almonds 300 grams
Method:
In a bowl add sugar, curd, egg, oil, and other ingredients to the bowl, mix and combine. Then bake for half an hour at 170c. Use roasted almonds for frosting. Now cook the cream well and add the milk chocolate. Then add Choco Haze. Finally, add walnuts and serve after cooling.
Sweet Puff Recipe Ingredients:
Puff pastry 500 grams
Egg white 1
Icing sugar 4 to 5 tbsp
Method :
Finely knead the dough. Then make the egg white fluffy. Now add icing sugar little by little put it on the dough and bake it at 170°C for half an hour.
