25 Maria cookies (150 g)
75 g unsalted butter (5 tbsp)
Stuffed:
12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates or similar
600 ml of whipping cream or whipping cream (2 and a half cups)
300 g of cream cheese (1 cup + 1/3)
200 g of chocolate
8 leaves of neutral gelatin (16 g powder)
