It's now equal number of men and women. I was diagnosed almost 30 years after my first symptoms and after both SI joints have fused my cervical spine and thoracic spine are fused and kyphotic. I had never heard of ankylosing spondylitis, but off and on for years I kept putting in symptoms into Google until I finally got the right combination. when I read the progression of Ankylosing Spondylitis in women I began to cry because it was my life story. for most of the first 20 years, I suffered from horrible bouts of sciatica. When I was in my mid-twenties, I had one back where I was bedridden for 7 months.
Looks like no responses from the founders of this site, it's now Jan 2020 No New videos posted, no New updates that I have found from them, (Vicki or Stephi) except new comments left by all of us.. Does anyone know what's going on with this channel? I Was really hoping to subscribe but doesn't make any sense if there is no new info or videos being posted, I was excited to find the channel through Vicki's story but Nothing new for many yrs posted, Hope their all okay, they were so informative..
