The most frequently meaning of فَ in Quran فَ = so If you don't believe it, please check all about 6000 quran verses from the beginning to the end. فَكَسَوۡنَا ٱلۡعِظَٰمَ لَحۡمٗا = so we covered the bones with flesh "so" doesn't always show consecutive occurence.
