I live in north Texas and have to water A LOT in summer. How frequently should I use liquid fertilizer for my strawberries in pots? I'm thinking it leaches out quickly.Thanks.

That's a great question. Unfortunately, I can't give a definitive answer. The nutrients that come in the soil mix will only last 3-6 months and then it is up to you to add supplemental nutrients. The key is to be consistent with your applications. Most ndoor plants don't need as much fertilizer as outdoor plants because rain and regular watering won't leach the fertilizer away. However, a consistent fertilizer program according to the manufacturer's recommendations is a great place to start.

I used some left over potting mix from year before that was bad mistake plants did not do good I think the fertilizer in dirt was not good. So I am trying this.
