El fandango es cultura, a través de él se realiza una continua interpretación y representación simbólica de la realidad.
Organizadores; Cualquier hombre o mujer puede organizar un fandango si dispone de los recursos que demanda su realización, no obstante las fiestas patronales de los pueblos y veredas precisan de una junta organizadora.
