I love watching Fabric Match Maker, because I can see everyone's unique fabric submitted. And then watch Fran create miracle quilts. Also give her advice on the fabric she chose for the participants. And other tips for the viewers. And also again creating alternative quilts for us to purchase. Thank you Fran for each one of these shows. Looking forward to seeing you more.
Every quilt/ pattern and fabric choices are absolutely genius-honestly I can’t pick a favorite ‼️You are a master quilter Fran‼️Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Your beautiful mother taught you well. Hi Donna ❤️😁🌹
Loved the vintage fabric with the purple #3 fabric! And I am learning so much about fabric and pattern matching from your videos. Thanks to you and all the Fabric Cafe team for creating educational and entertaining quilting videos!
The Grinch matches are adorable. The Scotty dog choices are likewise so cute and the Euro-vintage fabric matches are perfect. This is your element, Fran. I always enjoy your match videos. 😊👍💕
I love watching your videos. I’ve made numerous 3 yard quilts and just ordered your two newest books and quick as a wink. I don’t even look at the other quilt books any longer. Your quilts are the perfect size for my arthritic hands!
The Heartland "Vintage quilt" was just beautiful! I love your techniques and style choices. This series is so much fun! I have many in my stash that are one yard and have not touched them....until....you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
These are so beautiful! Love to see your books reworked with completely different fabrics. Ideas I would never have thought to try. Would love to see more of these. I have 2 of your books, just starting with 3 yard concept.
Hi Kathy! Yes, the fabric changes the look of all of our patterns so easily. We have a couple videos we've done in more detail demonstrating how they look. Search on RU-vid for 3-yard quilt different patterns same fabric 😊
Just a comment about directional fabrics: I had to repair a well loved quilt border because it was always used at the top of the bed and pulled under my daughter’s chin. After that, I occasionally flip every other row in a directional pattern on a quilt so that the top and bottom can be either, top or bottom when put on a bed or used.
