cutting with the guide seems to have produced an edge with a big wave in it - far from straight! That's the same result I get with my CARVEX PSC 420, it works really badly. And dust extraction is woeful, just like mine! And the arc guide works on really big arcs, but anything tight and it starts cutting vertical, then gradually cuts at an angle until it eventually bends the bade with much smoking - even with a new Festool blade!
