Had the great privilege of returning home for a visit after 14 years of being away. While there, Guam was host to the quadrennial Festival of Pacific Arts. This is the opening ceremony performance by Guam's performers. Great job to all involved and Señot Frank Rabon for leading the charge. It was taken with my cellphone. So, please forgive the shakiness.
