Nice.❤❤ I have a question. Can pneumonia present without symptoms and signs + opacities on xray.. Is the so called occult pneumonia a distinct clinical entity?
Whenever parenchymal involvement is there definitely there will be tachypnea.Pneumonia near Hilum, retrocardiac area are not visible often in routine x rays unless otherwise seen by a radiologist.Occult means not viable by x ray chest but definitely by CT chest, we often not do CT unless we suspect any complications.
