These bars are absolutely amazing and yet so simple - maple syrup or honey to sweeten, nut butter to bind, a little salt, a little vanilla.. you don’t have to add your own nuts and seeds and dried fruits because the muesli does that for us.
ingredients:
300g of muesli
180 gr peanut butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
150g maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
80gr dark chocolate chips (optional)
