Ingredients for the chocolate cake (28x18 cm) or for a round baking pan 26 cm:
4 medium-sized eggs

16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
100 ml milk (room temperature)
100 g odorless vegetable oil
220 g flour
40 g cocoa
10 g baking powder
Chocolate cake is baked for about 35 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) upper-lower heat without convection on medium rail until it is ready and checked with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
480 g canned peaches
70 ml of juice as cake drinks
Ingredients for the "medium" cream:
250 g soft butter
400 g of sweetened condensed milk (milkmaid is available at Edeka)

Ingredients for the "white" cream:
250 g cold whipped cream
8 g cream stiffener
30 g powdered sugar

150 g cold peach yogurt (10% fat)
