It would be better to clean and polish the valves with a small sanding drum. This is to avoid scratch marks around the stem. Such scratches are a potential starting point for cracking and subsequent breaking.

Шлифовка - это процесс обработки заготовки или предворительно изготовленной детали, с выдерживанием, довольно жёстких параметров размера и чистоты!!! Всё, что показано на видео - зачистка, шкурение и к шлифовке, не имеет ни какого отношения!!!
