that's the code for the loop room - Right + SHIFT-LEFT + Right + A + SHIFT-RIGHT + Down + A + Up

Wait, how did you decode the purple stone? That zig-zag line means nothing to me - where is the key to understand it? I really suck at decoding secrets 'cause I couldn't grasp their generic logic yet, thus I just walk past by the hints... I'd like to get my mind on them without spoiling too much, though.

What do i do inside the waterfall? Its three blocks with two tetris blocks on the ground. Bugging Me to no end

i found it out! you have turn it to the back so when you RT, RT at end of the code it turns it around to the waterfall and it will open

to clarify this was my first time playing Fez so before this episode I realized what those things meant. I recommend playing the game yourself and not looking anywhere for hints because you don't need them unless its the final puzzle.
