OMG! I've never seen someone with such little knowledge of the bike he's trying to build put an ebike together without READING THE MANUAL before. "Winging it" is for amateurs. And I've never seen someone build a bike without using ANY bike grease on his wheel axles or pedals. I highly recommend watching any of the hundreds of Gee Milner complete "Dream Build" bike videos on RU-vid. It'll change your life and help you maintain your pride and joy like a pro. Also, to clean up your cockpit wiring, you can use some zip ties. Final tip: watch and subscribe to Electric Mountain Bike Network for riding and maintenance tips for your new ebike. EMBN is a godsend for us ebike riders. 👍

Dude, that little metal thing on your rear wheel spoke is the magnet sensor for the motor to know how fast your ebike is moving. Once it reaches 20mph, it tells the motor to stop assisting you, which means it's all YOU peddling after that. I hope you didn't take it off. For future buys, it might be beneficial to watch a handful of videos of other riders reviewing the bike you ultimately decide to purchase to have a good understanding of the bike and all its features. Good luck with your Wire Peak!

The manual might say to fill air forks to 140 psi, but I doubt anyone runs their fork at the psi. I run mine at 75 psi, because I like a soft ride. So fill to 140 psi, then reduce to your desired pressure. Same for the rear shock. I run mine at 197 psi.

Its been a while now, but at 140 mine bottomed out too easily, I dont remember the number I settled on but it was alot more. I contacted Fezzari to see what I was safe up to.

Hi! Bro, i have a question, after many times you have used that bike, what it’s the real range in a ride? Sorry by my English, I hope I made my self clear.

Floor model or not, I'm honestly pretty shocked Fezzari didn't ship your bike with the padding/packaging they normally use. Usually, every single park of the bike is wrapped in foam, the rear wheel is already attached, the suspension is tuned for your weight, the seat post is measured for your height, and all you really have to do is attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. That's how it is on every other unboxing video on this bike I've seen. I'm about a month away from possibly ordering the new Timp Peak. It better not come like this or it's going straight back to Utah.
