I'd have to say that this was one of the best games that I have ever played in my life. Lovable characters, awesome gameplay, unforgettable music that gets stuck in your head and stays stuck in there for over 2 months straight, and don't even get me started on the storyline, absolutely spot on. I would definitely recommend this game to any gamer who loves strategy like pokemon, but also has a love for the jurassic beasts. Cudos to you Nintendo.
Nutella a Dinosaur Well, even if it wasn't it'd be quirky enough to be one anyway. I mean, JRPGs are a quirky bunch - Pokemon, EarthBound, Fossil Fighters... doesn't get much quirkier than thta, does it?
I went on musescore.com, desperately searching for a transcription of this. NOTHING. THIS SERIES NEEDS MORE LOVE. NINTENDO, why did your prime creation remain so unpopular??
Pulsing Utopia It was actually this game that got me into Pokémon. My brother said Pokémon was just like this game, so later on I got Pokémon Platinum for Christmas and the rest is history I'll never stop loving Fossil Fighters, though.
Reminds how I lost to saurhead just barely cause I saved Guan for last like an idiot. I beat him the next time through a strategy of harden and enflame which either 1 or 2 shot Guan and made that battle go from hectic to a breeze
I need to start redoing my strategy’s assuming all of the types and moves come into play, I still have the spinix, Shan Shan, and S-rapter (I only had the s-raptor because of snivels carchar) I haven’t ever gotten to the end due was to my ds not working properly
It brings back so many good memories for me I’d love nothing more than to finish the game, can someone please explain the final battle to me (seeing as I’ll never finish the game)
@@ashleazabriskie5680 so you get to choose between the love interests (Duna or Rosie) and fight the tadpole sperm guy who ate the Dinaurians’ home world, and depending on who you chose you end up with them in the end. I if course would never choose Rosie cause I despise her, and always have
@@ashleazabriskie5680 I never used Spinax because I always found him to look mediocre, I try to choose guys I like (Pelto and maybe Ourano were my only exception)
@@kalebmoody-felix7896 How does Tarbo help in the battle? I mean, I know he's like an air type T-rex, but Saurhead has TWO Earth types on his team! Pachrino and Pelto, both of which can hit fairly hard and have great support effects!
I don't know how to explain it to people who aren't insane like me but I know deep in my mind that playing this game a lot when I was a little kid and hearing the soundtrack is the reason that I like the band Death so much, particularly "Human" and everything they released afterwards
I used Spinax, Megalo, and Venator primarily. Megalo’s FP balancer kept the fight going for me, and Spinax’s harden ability allowed Venator to stay in the AZ once Spinax got low on LP. Once the T-Rex was out of the way, cake
Childhood. I'm so glad it's part of my childhood, though, I really wish I can go back to those days again, where it's my very first time. Enjoyable game. =3
