Ok, so what a fight! OFC you need a good amount of PDEF and MDEF, as well as big healing and ICE damage... So I went mad after so many failed attempts and spent all my savings. 80k crystals on the new cloud banner, and I got the new Stream Saber at OB8. WHAT A LUCK. I'm so broke now.
The most difficult point is when bahamut starts lowing your PDEF and they starts doing powerful AOE attacks, but I managed to survive with aeris focusing on healing and precasting barriers to counter them. Debrave and Barrier were enough for me to survive Divebomb at almost full HP. Tifa with a Cura was necessary to fulfill my health bar.
Also BIO can carry this fight so hard.
