Best one of all IMO. And while this remake is very good I legit don't think any cover beats the original. There's a lot of FF covers that I find to be better than the original but not for Force Your Way or the FF7 Mako Reactor themes.

It won't. FF8 wasn't popular enough; it wasn't even popular enough to get a Switch port alongside FF7/9/10. A shame, because it's the clear favorite of the PS1 era for me, even if it was ridiculously easy. (Although the fanmade "FF8 Requiem" mod does an excellent job at bringing the difficulty up. Maybe TOO good. I definitely wouldn't throw it at someone who's not already very familiar with the game, though as an experienced player of FF8 and a challenge run lover on FFX, I found it amazing.)

Still has a awesome mod package. Payed 3$ for every mod there was that came with a installer, so i didn't have to do anything and enjoyed a HQ experience.

I never would have played FFVIII. I'd never heard much about it, but I wanted a physical copy of FFVII for switch, so I bought a dual pack that came with both. One day, after finishing VII, I randomly decided to play VIII anyway. Best decision I ever made. The gameplay may not be perfect, but I firmly believe that this is the best Final Fantasy story out of the games I've played

there is this strange feeling when i'm listening your work .. i feel like it lack of strength, like it's all the notes are assembling like a life-form, it's hard to distinguish all the notes some instrument more loud than others. but it's not like i said is bad it's just my feeling toward your work. i'm fanboy of nobuo uematsu in general i don't really go listen the remakes of his work but when i find someone who try to make his own uuh, how i could say this "someone who have his own vision" .. oh boy it's heaven. i like to see two face of a ost and see how everythings can be so différent when you change a little note here and over there, it's like traveling in two same but different world at the same time one superposed on another. it's godamn good ! keep up man your work is really great, you have great potential o/ ps : sorry for my bad english i didn't learn it by the ... "right" way but i still continu to improve it ^^'

HicksZ34 you do realise your statement is also subjective, right? There is no way to objectively say VIII's music is better than the others vice-versa. It's just that based on the opinion of FF fans and critics, VIII's music has the most "favourable" set of track-list compared to other instalments. Surely there are great tracks from other FFs, but as a whole set VIII's track are more cohesive in my opinion.. and the majority of other FF fans.

I like your remakes. They definitely are a remake. Perhaps one thing you can do you turn up the treble on your music. I hear the base but it also sounds a little bit muffled out. A lot of the melody is drowned out. Keep them coming!
