Can Richt be replaced by 2B or esper Taivas or are the extra breaks/dispels from Richt needed?

Turns 3 and 4...does Chow need to cast that fourth action, Netherworld Stream? It's only a tiny bit of morale loss, and way less risk of missing the re-direct to not cast it.

I don't know how to tank this boss, it doesn't work n always die at the first turn. Even that i didn't take any bonus option. Just pure 99. Mitigation is didn't work. Doing heal or not at the first time also the same.
