eventually all of them but the first goal should be the killers, after that the ST reflection boost and then the 10% resistances. the 5% ones are very minor and only really matter for high end stuff where u wanna maximize to the limit.
Expeditions are the main source and currently the only, sadly. Sometimes we get wave battle events (like we did with Melia) where you get Supercites from box summons. that's about it, though.
