Great finds lads, there's an undug tip near me in Annfield Plain on an old pit site, the ground is all pit heap covered in gorse bushes, the rabbit hole entrances are wick with old pottery and bits of bottle, sadly I'm not fit enough at my age to dig into it, I need to get one of my son in laws to do It for me...
Quality dig lads that hamilton was a belter shame he broke it we've all done it still worth getting some blue cobalt glass and getting somebody to rebuilt it
I was in my 30's (55 now) my digging partners thought it would be a good idea to bury a stained blue fake Cod in the bottom of my hole while I went for a piss, when I returned and dug it whole I was over the moon, leaping about, saying finally I could buy a decent car,................. a bad joke to play on a fellow digger.
Great to see you back; thought you had disappeared . Back with a bang with that blue ; pipes galore . The acid etched stuff is very cool. Great to see you back. Would love a video on all your Jarrow stuff . The ringlet dolls head is lovely ; the chemist pot lid. All of it actually . Felt sorry for Ethan but the bits are there though. Hope you have a great 2023 with your buddies.
Thanks mate unfortunately I sold my jarrow bottles years ago, that’s my biggest mistake but they put food on the table when it was needed, you get acid etched stuff all the time on the early dumps in Newcastle, ethan will live 😂😂
Heart breaking lads! I was hoping it's neck was snapped before the poor lad clipped it😭😭 question for you lads. How long take 3 of yous dig that hole?? I'm by my self and would love to go bigger and deeper but it's getting it filled back in as well at end of dig. Let me know please mate digging out then back filling it👌👌
