Great video! If you have reflect too in this part of the game you could have put the boss to Reflect once he got slow, then he will never enter in haste
The technique is when Evra is Gonna Swing, you must move the airship to go away, and use Magic/Wakka When Evrae gets closer I use this team auron/tidus/wakka
I can't believe I had forgotten to mention Yunalesca! I struggled with that fight for days back on my first playthrough. I'm surprised Evrae didn't Swooping Scythe more often in your fight, not that it would've made her any harder with your strat! Also, what's up with that Gil stash looking like your Lapis count on JP? =P
The remaster has a bunch of builtin options for boosts (basically cheats) that you can enable. I decided to use the gil one to cut down on farming since I feel like I did my fair share of farming my first playthrough, and it doesnt really directly affect your power level since you can't buy anything strong anyway. It's the only one of the boost options I turned on :)
It's so tempting to play this remaster after seeing it. I really love FFX old school system when I was playing it on PS2. The point now is that I still can't get over the outdated graphic quality.
