Rewards for hunts are based on enmity generated, and the whole party is counted. As long as you tag the boss at least once with ideally two tanks in your party provoking it, you'll get full rewards.
I’d recommend the Faloop discord: discord.gg/faloop The “[server] lounge” channels seem to have daily train posts, so you should have some luck there. There’s also a ton of hunt train linkshells in the respective channel. 😊
