I'm not disagreeing, but you can't just turn fat into muscle. If he would go to the gym he should first go on a cut or maybe before doing that get some newbie gains, but yeah unfortunately you can't just transform fat into muscle on its own.

@@loganrogers4560 hay so re-read your comment sorry about laughing it off I completely misunderstood it, thanks for the encouragement so for this last month I've been really trying to get healthy by changing up my way of eating as for my work out I get a lot of that when I'm at my job so fitting in gym time is hard because I work the entire week. I have been losing some wait but it's been slow and this is kind of personal so I may be saying too much but I have a condition I take meds for but unfortunately it does have side effects of making it harder to lose the gut. But lately I've had more energy and can breathe better so progress is happening but just slow

@@kimashitawa8113 not on it own no you have to take into account calorie intake, exercise, and what you eat, for example lately I've been avoiding high starchy foods and been trying to make better choices for my diet I get exercise at work and work 5 day a week but there some other reasons I'm retaining the weight so much so since the middle of last month and the duration of September IV been trying to charge that, process is slow though but I feel more energy these days and can move faster without becoming short of breath and that is a major change to how it has been for so Iong

@@Don_Gamer21 He man i just stumbled on your video by accident but my mother had the same thing with her medication. It's hard to lose weight and easy to gain weight for her because of that. But from what i read i can only say that i'm proud of you for eating healthy and trying to better yourself. It's tough i know. I get why it's hard to fit gym time in when working too (i'm already struggling with gym consistency even without a job) Take it in your own pace and remember your calorie deficit, eating protein and doing your cardio and stay consistent (but going off track one time doesn't kill you) Being able to lift weight next to it would be even more ideal, but just the above three things should be enough for a healthy weight loss. It's a slow process but keep at it man, you are already experiencing the health benefits from what i read and it only gets better from there
