i am so glad we are getting another field operation. bozja was my reason to login every day which spun me to work on other things too. ive basically just logged in occasionally to catch up on story, relic, and level a little.
I'm glad we can finally see what they can do when they're not updating the graphics & spending resources on trust updates for 2.0-4.x. We're getting ALL the content we've had before, for the first time: Deep Dungeon + Field Operation + Variant + Lifestyle + Limited Job (while maintaining BLU). In SHB/EW we only had a selection of the above. Now we get it all! :D
He mentioned from 2.0-4.x, they spent all of EW trying to catch up plus doing the ones for the new dungeons every patch. That's a lot less resources needed to be diverted for old parts of the game. That also included reworking the bosses and sometimes the arena as well. It was well needed in my opinion but still, @ressana.8622 made a good point, now they only need to make them for the newer duties.
Maybe it looks better in game, but honestly not really a fan of the pictured neck scales for fem-ra. Especially going down the neck, it doesn't look like scales at all. The "graphical update would have been better spend on a new dungeon" is a weird take. Dungeons last all of... 8 months as relevant content, and between 2 hours and 2 week as desirable content. A graphical update has a much longer lasting impact overall.
I’m excited about a lot of things but I have to disagree with Rook on Pictomancer… it’s not a good selling point and I’m afraid to say but is only “cool” for a very small minority. I along with a lot of others was hoping for something better. 😢
Subjective is subjective, ive seen tons of people be happy with pictomancer as an idea. Personally, I'm more than happy with it, mostly because Im glad that there's a new class that can be used for more than just fighting from a worldbuilding and roleplaying perspective, and I think its important for an idea that a WoL might want to document or their travels with this class. A traveling artist that can go places and capture sights few people can just makes sense.
I think this also a case of social media only really showing you things you have in common with others. My circles and twitter was super excited and couldn't wait to try this. It seemed like the audience at the fanfest were excited as well. It looks fun and interesting. I think it is hard to judge something without trying it yourself. ^^
good thing you dont have to play it thats the beauty of new jobs you dont have to play them. you must be real fun at parties.jpg bad memes aside i think viper looks like shit but i dont care i never play melee jobs seriuosly except nin cuase it uses magic was heal main now picto main happy af.
@@AquaVenus you are allowed to dislike something because of the way it looks. Plenty of games I don’t play because I don’t like the looks of it. I’m happy for those that are happy. I however am not.
