Fi’s Fight Back - I GOT OUT THE CHAIR 😭😭😭 

YYAAAAYYYYYY!!!! I woke up and saw the notification and immediately hit play. I am so happy for you (even did a little happy dance) and proud of you for keeping going even when you felt defeated. I hope you and your parents had a lovely couple of days away. You all definitely deserve it!!!

I used to watch you on TikTok. I came here to look you up and I can see and hear such a big difference since June! Your voice and tone is so much stronger than I remember and I’m so proud of you!!

Such a positive step to have learned to ask for help sooner. This is just as significant in recovery as eating and resting and all of the obvious things. It's hard to ask for help as it feels weak, but actually the bravest thing to do!!! and it's proven to be beneficial ❤️🌈 honestly so so proud of you and happy for you!!!! Glad you could celebrate your victory with having the birthday cake brownie and pasta and trying a burger!!! 💪🌈❤️ As you say. Take it slowly as the WORST thing now would be to get over-excited, accidentally do too much and end up going backwards again and that would be so demoralising. So impressed with you challenging the Ed voice, doing opposite actions and showing the Ed that YOU are NOT listening and are in fact going to willfully go that step further to push against the Ed an scrape your plate more or choose a higher calorie snack!! Such a good strategy. THANK YOU for making these videos of the ups and downs of your recovery journey. I really hope you enjoy/enjoyed your break away with your family and away from filming. You deserve it! You got this 💪❤️
