Sorry for the late reply we've been away in the van, I used 2x2 sawn timber for the frame but you could use 2x2 pse wouldn't matter 👍🏻 and if I'm correct the internal measurements was 400mm x 400mm but please check on your spec sheet you had with the fan as I'm not 100% sure, it was 2 years ago and I can just about remember the day lately 🤣. 5 layers if I remember rightly, you just need to layer it up until it is all the same level, different vans may vary. Don't know how much bytle tape I used I bought a 10 meter roll 💙✌️
