@@jamespn my brother is a contractor for FCA in Brampton, he absolutely hates the noise from stamping. I worked underground for 35 years and always wore hearing protection, it didn’t help as I am going deaf anyway.

They had alot of women workers there wow . Some employees appeared to be middled aged kids . Working in those factories .Must be very noisey in those factories .
Why do they have those big plastic sheets over the vehicles? Do they stop the line when the production shift is over or keep it going 24/7? How do they start up the line after its been shut down - do they re-inspect each vehicle for correct part fitment etc?
I can just tell what upper management is thinking watching all these COVID precautions implemented and the costs associated. "Just get rid of these workers and replace with robots and problems solved".

I watched all 3 hours of it - most enjoyable. I had 5 Ram pickups through my work and have to compliment Fiat Chrysler on overall quality - fit and finish was excellent - ride quality - economy - power - reliability. I drove 4 of the 5 for over 50 thousand miles and would buy one if I needed a truck. Great video.
Chrysler sold to Fiat because they knew their sales were falling fast because of 'quality issues.' Never ever buy a Chrysler especially now that Fiat owns it. Garbage vehicles with a terrible history.
Chrysler was owned by Cerberus Capital which didnt have enough money on hand and couldn't borrow money during the automotive crisis in 2008 and 2009 to keep operating . Fiat , UAW Pension fund , and US and Canadian governments became the owners of Chrysler....Fiat eventually bought out the majority of shares . It had nothing to do with quality and everything to do with a global economic crash . I have owned all Chrysler/Jeep vehicles for over 40 years with no problems
