The Jordans, AKA Fibber McGee & Molly, used to live right down the street from my childhood home. They were truly wonderful people.

I always wonder what Marion's normal speaking voice sounded like, and she used it in the opening commercial with Harlow Wilcox. She had a very lovely dignified feminine one.
