10 bar pressure is on low side. With air while cutting MS it is cut like steel (same speed same parameter). So if you are using 1.5kw it should cut upto 6 mm MS easily. But recommended is upto 3mm because after 3mm speed shall be very low While cutting SS the cutting speed is same as nitrogen cutting (if pressure is same at nossle). Max thickness is also same as in case of nitrogen

Sir 3 mm ke bad bur aata hai Air me, For Air cutting you need to use same as SS parameter of same thickness. Recommended to cut with oxygen

Sir 6kw is very powerful source.so you are not noticing lack of pressure. The model you mentioned works at 13 bar.15 bar is upper cealing, not the delivered pressure. You can check the datasheet of compressor. I have seen 10 of factries in China. They use reciprocating. Why waste 6-7 lakhs on screw, when you can have entire setup in 1.5 to 2 lakhs. Moreover at the head it may drop to 10-12 bar. You can measure. Some smart salesman earned some extra profit, by recomneding German brands

@@Hindcam I m using a reciprocating compressor with my 1 Kw machine for cutting stainless steel, works fine but i got a lot of moisture on the protective lens which i have to clean several time during cutting. I m using a good compressor which can deliver up to 0 Bar, an air dryer and three filters

Nitrogen me MS cutting karne ka koi faayda nahi. Oxygen se kaatna sabse sasta tareeka hai. MS ko nitrogen se kaatne ke hisaab se nossle hi design nahi hota
