How do you keep your outer layer of glass from sticking to the plug? Wax and film?

thanks for the tip on the foam can, I really don't like doing the 2 part foam it ends up going all over the place

Hey we just opened up a memorial business and we are currently fiberglassing an angel I used the plugs like I seen on your RU-vid but do we fiberglass over the plugs now ?
