Fiber optic is the best. It's light transmission. Our problem in Sierra Leone is Aficell,they bribe Sieratell workers not to do their jobs.Sieratell is surpose to be lke AT&T in America, they are surpose to responsible for our communications in Sierra Leone, but they are weak.So that Aficell can make lots of money in Sierra Leone.Government is continuation, but whatever the APC put in place when the SLPP Government comes they always change or stop any projects. Which is bad.The cheapest way of communicating is through Fiber optic cables.

starlink is easy to install...its just plug and play.....you mount the satellite on top of your roof and you use the APP.....
