Arati Doota/ Banana Stem/ Plantain Stem
Oil
Salt
Turmeric
Chana Dal
Urad dal
Mustard seeds
Curry Leaves
Green Chillis
Red Mirchi

Take a Bowl with 2 Glass of water add chopped banana stem & a salt keep a lid cook them until it's become soft. After that strain complete water keep banana stem a side.
Take a pan heat 2tb spoon of oil add Chana Dal, Urad dal, Mustard seeds, Hing, Green Chillis, Red Mirchi and curry leaves fry them
Add banana stem in that pan mix it well and add and salt (if required cover them with lid for few mins).
Soak pesar pappu in water for sometime and after it is soaked well add about 3 spoons of pesar pappu and stir well.
After that switch off the flame.
Arati Doota Kura tastes good with hot rice.
