thank you so much. i am building a water blade for my pond from plywood. mixed 100ml of resin with baby powder and catalysed it. rounded all the inside corner/edges. now i just have to fiberglass the whole thing 💪
You can, however your work time begins as soon as the hardener and resin are combined. So if you are comfortable working on a timeframe then yes it will work fine.
You should always mix your resin, MEKP (or Hardener if using Epoxy) mix semi good, then add in your fairing/bulking agents. It is in my shop bad practice to add hardener after you have thickened. Composites like resin (especially resin quality that you would be using for filler and filleting) is cheap enough and certainly cheaper than back stepping or messing up a crutial step on repairing a boat.
