Welcome back to the Zielonka Farm Timelapse. As we conclude the task of raking and baling straw, we return to our homestead, greeted by an array of small fields. In pursuit of enhanced efficiency, we opt to amalgamate the majority of these parcels while birthing a new expanse. Hitching the plow to our trusty VALTRA Q Series tractor, we venture to the wooded terrain recently cleared. With the help of a plow, we form a new field, and to unite the fields, we plow the field roads between the fields.
Having delineated the contours of our expanded domains, the next imperative is soil preparation for sowing. Thus, we procure new gear: the FLIEGL PFW 18000 MaxxLine Plus slurry tank. Laden with nutrients from our farm, we embark on fertilization rounds. Following this, the earth is meticulously groomed using the CASE IH Tigermate 200 cultivator, its robust performance facilitated by our VALTRA Q Series tractor.
Another pivotal step in priming the soil precedes sowing: liming. Loading lime into the LIZARD AD 7000 spreader, hitched to our sturdy FIAT 160-90 DT tractor, we navigate to the cultivated fields, spreading the vital mineral with precision.
