Everyone who is a trainer please don't use this exercise when there are more than 5 players. Time actually playing stays the most important for any player and this waiting line is long. The exercise is decent, just looks weird because there are many passes in one move. Edit: One thing I saw, some of the passes weren't adjusted to the receiver. Especially the last one is often straight at the feet. The attacker then needs to make a forced sudden stop with no protection of the ball or fluid movement possible. You clearly watch their individual movement but make sure that it is also efficient with the pass. Or they run and give it back on the move or they turn and stop the ball
I used to play hockey back in 2015, when I first started high school. I'm going into my second to last year next year. (It would have been my last year but I'm going to fail this year lmao). I could never understand what the coach was talking about when he'd yell out random stuff, like in this video! Anyway, I really want to get back into hockey, but I know the rules have changed.
