This might sound like a stupid question but does the M5 fit directly into the zoom f3 without a xlr cable? I know that this does not make sense for stereo recording but I am looking for a small microphone to use the zoom f3 for handheld mono recordings.
I really like the bird sounds and the scenery with the trees. The background noise is very loud but I know this very well from my area. Sometimes we just have to accept it. Thank you very much, my friend.
Thank you friend. Yes, very loud indeed. It is not always possible to go and record in the quiet places and even in those places we get noise pollution.
Can you post a guide how you get such amazing sound I have a zoom f8n and m5 pair work was gonna throw out so I acquired them. But have not the slightest what to do
I like the sound you recorded very much. Could you please use m5 pair more to record the ambient sound? It is very important for meI like the sound you recorded very much. Could you please use m5 pair more to record the ambient sound? It is very important for me
I got the LOM's and the older version of the EM 272. I thinks is the EM 172'S. Yes they are sensitive little microphones. The M5s i believe can handle higher SPLs than both LOMs and EM microphones.
Yes that´s why i bought the M5 they go up to 140db perfect for loud car noises. But for quiet nature sounds i found them not sensitive enough. however i will make some test videos and compare them with my LOM and EM272 @@wpkambiancesounds
