How do you link sheet number( field) to the current layout tab?

How do you change the area from sqare feet to sqare meters? And how do you make a layout number field (not a sheet number field)? Thanks.

+RoDJ99 In 2:20 the video shows how to display the area value. Since there is Meter in AutoCAD, display as Decimal Units. As for your second question, there is nothing in AutoCAD called Layout number, but only layout name

but the area doesnt change automatically when i modify the object

use REGEN to update your modifications.
