Fiery Zombs [MTG Arena] | Rakdos Zombie Tribal Deck in WAR Standard 

I took out the Midnight Reapers and the Dreadhorde Invasion because I was dying to those way too fast. the Dreadhorde Butcher is by far the mvp. If he survives a turn or two he will usually ends the game on his own. Didn't think about using Bontu, but that is a very interesting choice, I keep forgetting he can sac any permanent. I thought about trying to use Gruesome Menagerie as a pseudo reanimator package. You have a lot of recursion which seems like it would negate the need for Graveyard Marshal. Nehab seems not overly useful here since most of your spells are black and not red. Maybe swap that out for Judith, making is a more difficult decision to kill your stuff, and works well with Bontu I think. I didn't think about using Liliana, Untouched By Death, though she is in my Dimir zombie tribal. I'll mess around with it and see how it works. It's just kind of a pain that control is so prominent that it seems to have taken over standard.

Hey Jeff, I quite like the zombie idea you created. I got a simular deck compared to you but I have the feeling it misses a littlebit. Im not sure about the sideboard. Thing is I dont really use it. I tend to play best of 1. My games went quite a lot like your 2nd game. Just not ever getting the mana together. Tried 22 lands, 24, 28. Nothing mattered. As a result I just mixed in blue for thought erasure and discovery dispersal just to smoothe drawing out a littlebit. The deck was designed for best of one, so its quite heavy on removal. Thing is you need it with the heavy early hitters. The Nicol Bolas is just a nice card for longer games. In a stand of it quite wins you the game if you flip it. To be honest, the deck works, but still isnt quite there. The synergy between zombies is quite nice if it works. Perhaps you could give it a go and edit a few things. Honestly, I find gleaming zombie guy too sweet to pass up running blue with the new zombie amass layout. Additionally, I understand that the new enchantment pings you every turn, but I find them to, generally, end up being a better asset than a liability. So, I run four.

To me vizier of the scorpion feels terrible when death baron is a thing. As long as you have an army token, he pretty much amasses.

I don't think neheb doing anything here. For rakdos with lots of creature, you should just play Judith as some additional lords.
