Ive been watching FIFA tutorial videos for years online and yours are amongst the best... Keep up the good work Ovi!

I was in the middle of a game of Fifa when saw this and since then I have scored every free kick

Awesome !! I already knew all the tricks in the video by practicing by myself and I thought that I'm missing some tricks

It actually worked! After watching this and the longshot tutorial, I just scored two free kicks and one longshot from 40 meters against my brother. Subbed!

When you're about 20 or 25 meters away, another great method is to dip it in the long upper corner.Aim just a bit next to the long post, power between 2 and 2,5 Bars and give it some Topspin (Left stick up). Or you could try to go underneath the wall. Hold LB and give just a bit of power (1-2 bars) try it and share your experience please :)

my favorite free kick is holding LT + LB and hitting X (L2 + L1 and [ ]) looks so cool not too effective though or having the 2nd/3rd players run over the ball for a throughball works VERY consistently, idk how often you do that (fake shot with the corresponding player then immediately hitting the throughball button i do it numerous times when the screen pops up just to be sure its going to him)

This looks great, cant wait to try it out! I am a bit stuck on Aiming though? where do you aim how do you setup the free kick? is it always away from the goal/post?

Awesome man. Good stuff! Really wish I could get how to do skill moves. I suck at them cause the position changes all the time depending on where your player is moving. So I can't even practice in the free arena because the camera angle doesn't look like in real games. Annoying! Ah!

do i have to move my analog in dipping freekick also instantly when powering the shot or it is just for curve freekicks

For the power free kicks is there a specific order you press L1 O and aim the analog cause sometimes it's a ground shot ?

ovvy in the power free kicka when pushing L1+LS-forward my players shoot the ball too low (like at the defender's ankleheight) even with the max power-charge... why?

i have practiced this alot and its going great now thx :) just have problems with the shots from distance when i use LB its always a shot across the ground

For the curve power free kick, did we press the analog first then the L1+O or L1+O than the analog.

I know this is an old vid but if you can help it will be awsome.well when do you move the analog stick during the freekick or after you token it?

which free kicks do I move my left analog after powering up? or do that with all types?

if i press L1 and lift the left stick up the ball will not go up it will roll down in the ground what should i do ?

For the Power Free Kick to i keep the LS forward at all times or do I hold until the player reaches the ball

For the power free kick you say to hold down LB aswell as B but that makes you hit a low shot but in the video yours doesn't go low ?

I don't understand. For first freekick Press L1 move L up and then circle. isn't it? I tried doing this by using L1 + O but it didn't happen. Please help.

Hey Ovy I really like your video's. Can you use a RM at LM or makes that the player worse?

for curve and dipping, i always do 2 bars (sometimes about 1.8 or 1.9), but over the crossbar all the time. Why? I use Reus.

why when i do the combination the player shoots the ball below the ball and not above it im doing everything good im shooting it with power but it shoots below the wall plz help

Whenever I take a free kick holding L1 it just goes low or hits the wall... I can't do the power or power curve freekicks now. I have been struggling with 35 yd+ freekicks and I hoped this would help. If I'm doing something wrong please help me.

when you say "move" do you mean push up then rotate to 45 degrees or just put it at 45 when powering up?

Ovvy!! L1 is used to shoot along the ground isn't it?? like..for scoring under the wall..when they jump..

When pressing L1 is it after you press circle button or simultaneously

Hey Ovvy I play on the PS3 and the power/Driven free kick doesn't work for me. I've tried using Ronaldo, Rooney and Van Persie etc but the ball doest go over the wall even at full power, the free kick stays low all the time

I've only scored 2 free-kicks in actual games on Fifa in my life so hopefully this will help as it's no doubt the weakest part of my game.

On 360 I found the free kicks work without using the LB just aim your left stick n the right direction and get the right power and for curve free kicks your have to roll the left stick

I realized that the wall didn't jump if does jump roll it still work effectively on the power and curve shots

Bro, the first one (power freekick) is not correct bcz when I shoot with the insructions u gave, it shoots a grounded ball.

Got it! That's where I used to get it wrong all the time. I'm aiming with the left stick just before and while shooting. Aim straight after powering up the shot button... and guess what? I've become a Free Kick BEAST!! Thank you so much for this little tip!

Great video thanks Ovvy! This is absolutely amazing! So you only use top spin on the ball to make it dip (holding left analog up) but you don't use bottom spin to make it rise higher (holding the analog down)?

Hey man thanks for the tutorial absolutely loved it. I am having a some problems while performing the free kicks (a) The first one when I press the L1 and increase the power to more than three bars it doesn't go above the players instead it hits them on the chest and sometimes on the foot. (b)When I try to curve the ball it doesn't curve I bend it (L3) at an angle of 45 degree but it doesn't really curve. (c) The dipping free kick works sometimes. but most of the time it goes above the bar. I have watched your long shot video also. I finesse the kick but the goal keeper catches it all the time, I have tried to overpower the finesse but doesn't work. Maybe it is the power which i apply if you could throw some light on that too and tell me :) Sorry if this is an issue, if you could help me out :D Kepp up the good work cheers P.S I am on fifa 15 ps3

I'm fed up of missing free kicks but there is so many to learn that learning to master it is really difficult.
