This video is in no way determinative of what will happen in career mode at all. I am confused why you would have 8 CB's in the squad when testing growth... surely at least half of them wouldn't be getting any games, where as if they were at the club they actually start at they would be getting 30 plus games a season. The same goes for every player in that squad bar the starting XI. Why didn't you just shortlist all these players and look at who grew the most by the end of the 3rd season? Waste of your opportunity to get early footage tbh.

Martial is a lot more talented then lemar. If you train both of them in Fifa 18 for one season, Martial will go to 84-86 rating. I played one season with training and first team game time with martial, and he went to 86.

I have lafont at 91 in one season doing the player development, the gk medium and hard, I’ll definitely recommend it

The defending in FIFA 18 may be more manual, which is good, but it's also been drastically nerfed/gimped/downgraded in the action to reaction area. As a defender, I can predict the opponent player's next move 1-2 seconds in advance, but defenders in FIFA 18 simply don't react fast enough to be able to do anything about it. EA seem to have added a substantial amount of input lag to defenders, and I for one, don't think that makes the game more challenging or realistic - all it does is favor attacking play over defensive prowess.
