They could just make an AI that learns from players' gameplay with machine learning and adjust their bots accordingly, but no, they just make the same game every year with some graphical changes and more lootboxes. I hope they made some *real* improvements with this one.

its always the same : Im winning 2:0 and then in 60-70min opponent AI because 99 overall team and its looks like 8 Messi players on the pitch and also vice versa - Im losing 0:2 and opponent AI all of the sudden becomes team from 3rd league : they are losing ball, they cant pass anymore, they cant shot on goal - its the same with PES - I hate this so much that I didnt buy fifa game since fifa10

What is the extent of these changes, like they haven’t told us anything. Will you have more control through input on your controller or is it just new and more animations for the same hold stuff. I guess it’s a football game which you can’t change much, but then you have to improve areas like career mode, or make add more content like FIFA street mode.

Yet they still can't make it in pro clubs where a striker doesn't have the option to play as goal keeper. Or in career mode how if your player grows from 60 to 90 they still give you the same wage unless you switch new clubs.

real changes will come with next gen consoles. When they will have lots of cap for graphics improvements and cpu capable to handle a new more advanced engine. Also I recently installed fifa 17 again cuz I sold fifa 18 before new one comes out. FIFA 17 is like miles behind in the fluency of animations, also graphics feel much worse too. Only nicer aspect I noticed is that it is more responsive. Other than that there is gameplay differences in AI, especially defending line and how the ball through passes works. FIFA 18 feels slower and more realistic however.

How about fixing defence? How about for every improvement to off-ball runs and touch and so on, you also improve off-ball run tracking, marking, or teammates actually being aware they're actually on a football pitch. Far too often they act blind and downright stupid just because the player isn't controlling them at that momet.

Emanuel Mendoza por eso no te recomiendo comprarlo todos los años. Es mejor saltartelos cada 2 o 3 años porque si no te vas a estar quejando como ahora, además a quién quieres engañar? Vas a ser de los primeros en comprarlo. Siempre es lo mismo con este tipo de gente, se quejan pero en septiembre presumen que se lo compraron

EA's problem is, they care about increasing atmosphere graphics rather than game play physics. Other than market endorsement with players I haven't seen any improvement in game for years. Not only that after FIFA 12 ,all latest versions of FIFA are suffering extreme lag, crashes, game play braking even in high range spec PCs, They didn't even care to make Asensio's when FIFA 18 launched.

De bruyne looks so emotionless in the thumbnail. And overall fifa gameplay lacks emotions (players breathing with their mouths, being sorry after a bad pass and etc) i think this would make the game more realistic
