Nope in Europe we got physical version as well but it sales less and thats why the minimum price of pre owned fifa 19 in Europe is €45 which ps4 fifa 19 around 3 to 5 euro

Unfortunately in US it is only released digitally FIFA 14 PSP is also only released digitally in US and FIFA 13 and 14 is not sold at all in US but PES 2013 PS2 version is sold in US and it is the last PS2 game for US. PES 2014 PSP version is also released in US only on a UMD.
