1- Sun doesn’t rise, the earth rotates. 2- Water doesn’t necessarily boil at 100°C, if water is impure it boils at 102°C, only if it is pure, it boils at 100°C

Water boils at 100°C @ 101.325 kPa(standard atmospheric pressure ), it says water not unpure water. You can for example make water boil at 6.97°C @ 1,0kPa
