Its been the 6th fifa on Ps4 and everybody is telling me wooooow look at these animations and improvement of graphics. As if they could not do it since the first fifa on Ps4. Its just about money. They have to do every game just a lil bit better to sell the year after a new fifa.
They have downgraded the grass in 19 so it plays smoother. But hey, 99% fanboys without any knowledge of game/software/graphics development will tell you otherwise.
yeah that was the first thing i notice when i play fifa 18 last year, the grass is so realistic, it really feels like playing on real grass, this downgrade is a huge turn off for me so i didn't play fifa 19 this year
martin viDoc We won't see any improvements in FIFA games until the next Generation consoles. I'm sticking with FIFA 14 until the PS5 comes out, then I'll buy the next Gen FIFA.
The movements and new animations in fifa 19 are like,10% more realistic. Rather than that, the kits and the small graphical improvements are the new stuff. But the game is so visually similar to the last years that its very possible to confuse both games
Downgraded grass in 19 in order to improve the framerate and overall performance. Other than that they look very similar and I like the look of 18 a bit more despite some stuttering and frame drops.
Major Spawnkill You don't know how much I get tired of reading the same thing evey year. Last year when EA released the FIFA 18 graphics and gameplay people said "FIFA 17 looks better", or "FIFA 18 sucks". Now y'all praising FIFA 18, and bashing FIFA 19. The fans annoy the fuck out of me.
By the looks of it. Honestly all 19 has is smoother animations and a brighter screen but you could easily fix the screen in 18. I might just stick with 18 honestly the graphics honestly seem better than 19
On fifa 18 I had this petty problem that when the second the ball crossed the line the score board changed and that annoyed me but they have a slight delay it’s a small but realistic detail

I played Both and i think fifa 18 is better than fifa 19 i think fifa 18 grafics good than fifa 19's also fifa 18 gameplay is good than fifa 19 i deleted fifa 19 and dowloaded fifa 18
I see almost no difference between the two. I deleted 18 and installed 19, i dare say i've reset my career and started again. Remarkable animations, player responses, gameplay difference; almost none. For the first time, I felt I was paying for nothing. The club and individual career were left as is. No unique steps have been taken. I think they made the whole investment for online experience and "The Journey". As always, offline mode is ignored gradually. Those who grow up playing classics like me will understand what I mean. I want to experience the same things now, as I am excited about the transition from Fifa 99 to 2000, from 2000 to 2001 and etc. Fifa no longer excites me. I think Fifa lost his soul. They're just trying to make money.
People on the comments sections complaining its the same game. What do you want devs to do ,add a battle royale mode , it's a fkin football game , there's a limit to how much content there can be.
Try thinking critically buddy. What you said is exactly the point. EA can't add anything new, so why are they releasing a new game every year since they can barely add anything. Why don't they release a new fifa every 3 years instead so they actually give themselves time to innovate and improve the game. Imagine they released a new fortnite every year, charged you money and it was hardly different from the previous one? If you can't add anything, don't make a new fucking game. Besides, everything in Fifa 19 can be added to fifa 18 in a update.
@@whateverbro3848 Because fifa is not a f2p game like fortnite , They make money on the number of copies of game sold ,which lessens significantly in a year unlike fortnite which sells in game items such as clothing for money ,fifa cant do this . So they release a new iteration of the game 1 year later for the same cycle. If they just updated fifa 18 then they would lose the 30~60$ they make on sale. i agree they can more innovative stuff but it will have mixed reactions on any kind of content added.
Fifa changes barely anything each and every year. Yet we all (myself included) keep giving EA our hard earned money... EA should not be charging £45 for the same game with updated teams and kits. How about a £4.99 per month game where the updates keep coming? That was people wouldn’t feel so bad about the same engine being used over and over again... Then maybe when a new engine is made say every three years EA charge a fee for the base game? I dunno... maybe folk would sign up for 9 months, then re sign back up when new season starts etc.
For me I don't buy the games when they come out, I've just bought FIFA 18 Russia world cup edition for £15 and I'll buy FIFA 19 in few months for more then half what they are charging now.

Well for me. Fifa 19 has better lightning, more cutscenes, better goal celebration. The grass on fifa 18 looks dark compare to 19, and player animation looks better too. Fair improvement for yearly game. If you want big improvement, just wait for ps5.
Yes the graphics are different but it depends on what console you ps4 fifa 19 vs ps4 fifa 18 fifa 19 looks better but fifa 19 ps4 vs fifa 18 ps4 pro they look the same and fifa 18 is cheaper
